Yes, completely free for workers. Registration, job search, and applying cost nothing. Workers never pay. Employers post jobs for free and only pay a 15% completion fee when the job is done.

Once the task is done, the worker confirms, then the employer confirms. During the launch phase, payment is made directly between you (cash, Mobile Money). Automatic payment via SangoCash will be enabled soon.

Cleaning, driving, moving, repair, delivery, cooking, manual labor, helper, babysitting, elderly care, event staffing, gardening, laundry, security, teaching, errands, and other services. Sensitive categories (babysitting, elderly care, security, teaching) require enhanced worker verification.

SangoServices is available in Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Bamenda and Garoua. New cities are added regularly.

Each profile shows the number of completed tasks, reliability rate, star ratings from previous employers, and registration date. Phone numbers are verified by SMS. Workers can also build a portfolio with photos and certificates to showcase their experience.

SangoServices is available on the App Store for iPhone and as a direct download (APK) for Android. You can also use the website directly in your browser, or add it to your home screen for quick access. The Google Play version is coming soon.

Jobs can last from 1 to 5 days. You post for today or the following days. SangoServices is built for immediate and short-term needs.

SangoServices shows jobs within 5 km of your location by default. This ensures you can get there quickly without high transport costs.

Posting a job is completely free. When the job is completed, a 15% completion fee is added on top of the worker pay. For example, if you pay a worker 10,000 FCFA, you pay 11,500 FCFA total. Your first completed job is entirely free — no fee at all.

A 15% fee is added on top of the worker pay when a job is completed. The worker always receives the full agreed amount. The first completed job for each employer is exempt from this fee.

If a worker did a great job, you can send them a direct offer for your next job. They have 24 hours to accept, skipping the application process entirely.

If you need the same type of help regularly, you can set up a recurring job. Choose a daily or weekly schedule, set the time and pay, and SangoServices automatically posts the job for you. You can pause or resume the subscription anytime.

Yes. SangoServices is fully bilingual (French and English). You can switch languages at any time. All notifications — WhatsApp, SMS, and email — are sent in your preferred language.

Workers can upload photos of completed work, certificates, and references to their profile. This portfolio is visible to employers and helps workers stand out. Combined with star ratings and completion stats, it builds a verified track record over time.

Either party can raise a dispute during or after the task. Our team reviews each case and resolves it fairly: full payment to the worker, refund to the employer, or a partial resolution. Worker no-shows are tracked automatically with escalating consequences.

For high-value jobs (10,000 FCFA or more), the employer pre-funds the payment before the worker starts. This guarantees the worker will be paid upon completion. The funds are held securely and released automatically when the job is confirmed complete.
