Android installation guide

On iPhone? Install directly from the App Store — you can skip this guide. On Android, follow these steps:

Tap the green button above. The APK file downloads automatically.

Pull down your notifications and tap the downloaded file. Or go to your Downloads folder.

Android will ask you to allow installation from this source. Tap "Settings" then enable "Allow from this source".

This is normal! Android asks this permission for any file installed outside the Play Store.

If you see "App blocked by Play Protect" or "Unverified app", tap "Install anyway" (or "More details" then "Install anyway").

This warning appears because the app is not yet on the Play Store. SangoServices is 100% safe.

Tap "Install" then "Open". The SangoServices icon appears on your home screen.
